The first potatoes!

These potatoes are from an organic variety pack that I picked up at the grocery store but did not eat quickly enough! With not wanting to throw the growing tubers away, I stuck them in the ground near the edge of my wall thinking that they would make a pretty vine. Well, they did not vine, but they did make baby potatoes! I hope that they taste great in the potato salad that I am making with them this weekend.
