CSA

Just to make everyone jeleous! Our take from this week at the CSA at Serenbe was as follows:
  • 5 lbs tomatoes--including some peach tomatoes!
  • 1 1/2 lbs. cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 lb. blueberries
  • 2 bunches of basil
  • 3 lbs. eggplant
  • 4 bell pepers
  • 4 hot pepers
  • 4 hot/sweet pepers
  • 2 garlic bulbs
  • 3/4 lb. argula
  • 1 1/2 lbs. okra

What to do with all of this food??!!! Any ideas?

Oh...AND I picked 4 romas, 8 okra, 2 eggplant, and 3 strawberries from my own garden today!

(Ok, ok, so it wasn't all my share, but mine and Brandi's while she is in Argentina!) ;~)
